For visitors with mobility impairments

• Main entrance without stairs, width of doors 120 cm, vestibule, then another double-swinging door (width 120 cm)
• Intercom at main entrance (ticket office), members of museum staff will accompany visitors with mobility impairments to the elevator on the First Floor (width of door 130 cm, cabin 150 x 130 cm)
• First Floor Galleries with small ramps (3-5 cm)
• Ground Floor Galleries accessible via low step (c. 15 cm), for visitors with mobility impairments museum staff will install a temporary ramp)
• Bathrooms suitable for visitors with mobility impairments located on the Ground Floor
• Wheelchairs available free of charge (please reserve at least two days in advance)
• All guided tours also offered for disabled visitors (tel. +43 1 525 24 -5310)
